The second requirement is that new dealers must place an initial stocking order of at least $350. This ensures that new dealers are serious about their intention to sell the company's products and can meet the minimum requirements for inventory.

The third requirement is that to maintain a wholesale account, dealers must maintain a minimum volume of $2,000 in purchases per year. This ensures that dealers are actively selling the company's products and contributing to the company's revenue. If the minimum purchase criteria are not met, wholesale discounts will no longer apply.

The fourth requirement is that wholesale accounts must purchase by credit card unless a credit application is completed and approved. This ensures that the company can receive payment in a timely and secure manner.
