AIC Replacement Parts: Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

AIC Replacement Parts accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date at no charge. To qualify, all returned products must be in new and unused condition. Returns that do not meet this condition will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, contact your AIC sales representative for authorization. Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is the result of a defective product or an error on AIC's part (such as an incorrect item shipped). In those cases, AIC will cover the full cost of return shipping and ensure the correct or replacement product is sent at no additional charge.

If you believe your return qualifies as defective or incorrectly shipped, notify your AIC sales representative at the time of authorization so the appropriate shipping arrangements can be made.

Restocking Fees

While most returns within the 30-day window are fee-free, restocking fees may apply in certain situations as communicated by your AIC sales representative at the time of authorization. Any applicable fees will be clearly stated before the return is confirmed.

Outside the 30-Day Window

Returns requested after 30 days from the original purchase date will not be accepted unless explicitly approved in writing by an AIC sales representative. Exceptions are made at AIC's sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
  • Products not in their original, as-shipped condition.
  • Any order for which a return exception has been expressly denied by the sales team.

Refund Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or applied as account credit, as determined by AIC. Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
