One New Aftermarket Replacement Hood Gas Strut Fits Ford New Holland 8000 Series Tractors

This hood gas strut (lift support) holds the engine hood open during service and maintenance on Fits Ford and Fits New Holland 8000 Series tractors. The gas-charged cylinder mounts with ball fittings on each end and provides 660N of force to support the hood in the raised position. Replaces OEM part number 86026276 as well as the earlier strut 9824788.

Important Note: When replacing strut 9824788 with this part, ball stud ends 86026275 must be purchased separately from the OEM.
