One New Aftermarket Replacement Hydraulic Rod Buffer Seal for Caterpillar (Cat) Equipment

This is an aftermarket replacement hydraulic rod buffer seal (Seal Assembly, Type B) for Caterpillar (Cat) construction and agricultural equipment. The 8C-3839 is a two-piece bronze-filled PTFE buffer seal with a rubber energizer that acts as a secondary rod seal, protecting the hydraulic cylinder rod from sudden increases in system pressure and pressure spikes. It is designed for use in Caterpillar hydraulic cylinders on a wide range of machines including wheel tractor-scrapers, track-type tractors, motor graders, backhoes, wheel loaders, and underground articulated trucks.
