One New Aftermarket Replacement Rewind Starter Fits Briggs and Stratton Small Engines

This rewind (recoil) starter assembly replaces OEM part number 497680 on Fits Briggs and Stratton (B&S) 12 CID vertical shaft L-Head and Quantum engines. When the pull rope is engaged, the recoil mechanism spins the crankshaft to fire the engine. Compatible with a wide range of walk-behind lawn mowers, pressure washers, generators, and other outdoor power equipment powered by these B&S engine series.
