This aftermarket replacement friction drive disc (also called a friction wheel) is a key component in the friction drive system of snow blowers and rear-engine riders. It transfers engine power to the drive wheels by engaging a spinning rubber disc against the drive plate, controlling both speed and direction of travel. Replaces Ariens OEM part number 04743700 and cross-references to the Fits Stens 240-394. Includes liner for models equipped with a smooth clutch disc.
