This recoil starter assembly (also called a rewind starter) replaces OEM part 591606 and is designed for larger Briggs & Stratton engines fitted with plastic pawls and plate. When the starter rope is pulled, the assembly spins the crankshaft to start the engine. Built with a metal housing for durability. Includes rope. Does NOT include starter cup. Corresponds to Stens part 150-481.
