This wheel drive clutch cable (also known as a traction drive control cable) engages and disengages the wheel drive system on most MTD-built two-stage snow blowers. A worn, stretched, or broken cable results in loss of self-propel function; replacing it restores reliable drive control. The cable features a Z-bend on one end and a spring on the other for a direct, no-modification fit.
