This C-Frame pivot ball (also referred to as a blade pivot ball) is a key component of the dozer blade mounting system on Fits John Deere 450, 550, and 650 Series crawler dozers. Seated within the C-frame assembly, it provides the pivoting articulation point that allows the blade to angle and tilt during operation. Replacing a worn or damaged pivot ball restores proper blade movement and prevents accelerated wear on surrounding blade linkage components such as the socket, retainer, and slip ring.
