This 34-tooth Mechanical Front Wheel Drive (MFWD) planetary pinion gear is a critical component of the ZF front axle assembly, used on 4WD tractors and loader/backhoe machines from Fits Ford/New Holland and Fits John Deere. It transmits torque through the planetary gearset in the front axle hub, enabling four-wheel drive engagement.
